I am a lonely person, having my own space with a need for -------- relationships. This is for the time only.
I have guest space for friends of my choice within my space - suite.
I want to chat with someone who is frank about their wants, needs and dreams. It is not about money, or gifts, though those things are present for the use of friends who have established themselves well.
I do not like to hurt anyone or be hurt in return. Also do not like people who are possessive or very sensitive. Yes, sensitive is good to the needs of the other partner or situation and a good sense of humor as being happy is the ultimate reason for the chat in any case.
I am highly educated but my chat does not need to be with one who is equally educated. Common sense and decency is all that is required.

In chatting being an adult I will expect similar conversation and it need not contain bad language or slang. A conversation with me, should be the same as a conversation you would have with a friend you like and respect, regardless of content.
Like someone you date regularly, and respect and love over time, the same is expected and will be returned.
I do not want to be tied down either, as i have already done that for several years, kept my side of the bargain and now seek to find new companions who will be my friends, close friends and naturally I expect only friends of the opposite sex, except of course, the ladies concerned themselves would like me to know their friends also.
On the whole an entertaining conversationist I will expect the other to talk too. I will talk about myself and will expect a partner to do the same on all matters.
As said above straight talker is who i am, do not feel the need to be devious, malicious or cheat. So from the beginning expect me to be frank and ask direct questions.
I am sure that since all the norms have been laid out here, I will have to accept the norms of the future chat partners I hope to meet.
