Infatuated with India
Infatuated with India We lived in a small community of Indians for 4 years and they won my heart. I learned about the foods, the clothes, religions, social dynamics, ... Just a little, mind you. That was 9 years ago and my interest has not waned. I've never been there, but travel vicariously through my Indian friends, who often bring back mimentos - music recordings, books, salwar kameez, and many stories and photos of their trip. I hope to h--k up with more Indian people. Every one I've met has been an absolute joy to know. I love the Rig Veda and am learning Sanskrit so I can say some of the chants correctly.
